For children from 5 years and adults: 1 dose = 3 g.



Dissolve ½ measuring spoon of powder in 250 ml of water. Can be used every day throughout the year.

Strawberry Lime Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 serving (30 g) of protein of your choice: WHEY PROTEIN or CASEIN PROTEIN or VEGAN PROTEIN
1 to 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (2 cups for a thicker smoothie)
Juice of 1 lime
¼ tsp. lime zest
1 serving (3 g) VITAMIN C BUFFERED Buffered Vitamin C
250 ml glass of water or skim milk or plain yogurt

You can add:
1 serving (15 g) DIET FIBRE dietary fiber
1 tsp chia seeds
2-3 sprigs fresh parsley
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp nut butter

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. If the strawberries are frozen, add them separately when the first ingredients have already been mixed.
