How to Use:
Dissolve 2½ measuring spoons (50 g) of powder in 500 ml of water.
Mixing Tip for ENERGY #1 and #2:
Since the powder dissolves slowly, it’s recommended to:
1. Fill ¼ of the bottle with water
2. Add the full dose of powder
3. Stir gently for 10 seconds
4. Let sit for 5 minutes, then top up with the remaining water
You can prepare ENERGY CARBO-LOADER as a drink (hot or cold) or mix it with other foods such as yogurt, cottage cheese, porridge, sauce or soup.
Tips on How to Use Carbohydrates Effectively:
1. To increase the amount of energy before training (to increase carbohydrate intake): mix 50-75 g of carbohydrates with food or drink and use 1-2 hours before training.
2. For carbohydrate loading (to increase glycogen stores): use 0.5 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of body weight 4-6 times on "carbohydrate" days.
3. For sports energy drinks (to increase the amount of energy during training): dissolve 50 g of carbohydrates in 500 ml of water.
