ENERGY GEL Isotonic

– designed to provide the fastest possible energy delivery during physical activity lasting 1 to 2 hours. Thanks to its isotonic concentration, the gel is quickly and easily absorbed. The liquid texture of the gel makes it particularly pleasant to use during exercise, especially during intense efforts when consuming other types of carbohydrates (such as fructose) may be difficult. 
Provides 120 kcal and 30 g of carbohydrates (maltodextrin) per 100 ml of gel.

How to use:
1 dose = 100 ml.
Consume during exercise: 100 ml / h.
Once opened, use within 24 hours.
