ADAPTO 600 – adaptogen complex
A complex of 9 plant extracts with adaptogenic, tonic and antioxidant activity. Adaptogens help the body adapt to all types of stress: physical (heat, cold), chemical (free radicals, toxins) and biological (physical stress, injuries, bacteria and viruses) types of stress. This promotes rapid recovery after stress and heavy training.

Ingredients:
plant extracts (maca extract, echinacea extract, eleutherococcus extract, ginseng extract, rhodiola rosea extract, schisandra chinensis extract, green tea extract, green coffee extract, guarana extract), capsule: gelatin, anti-caking agent: magnesium fatty acid salts.

Application:
Take 1-2 capsules per day.
The duration of one course is 15-30 days, then a break of 10-20 days is required and the course can be repeated.
If you are taking the supplement for the first time, start with 1 capsule to assess tolerability; after tolerability has been assessed, you can use the maximum dose.
To avoid insomnia, do not use 6 hours before bedtime. Avoid use with products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Do not exceed a dose of 2 capsules within 24 hours. Sports nutrition (food product for athletes).
