Ingredients:
milk proteins, soy protein isolate, wheat protein hydrolysate, cocoa powder, caramel, flavourings, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, beta-carotene, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.

How to use:
Mix 3 scoops (30 g) of powder and 500 ml of water, milk, or juice, and thoroughly mix in a shaker for 1 minute.
To really enjoy your protein-shake – vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency and taste.
It is recommended to take the first dose of product on an empty stomach right after awakening. Take 1 dose before the workout and another dose – at the end of workout.
