How to use:
Collagen Plus
1 serving = 10 g.

2 scoops
Dissolve 2 scoops (10 g) of powder in 200–500 ml of water.

Collagen Dessert
1 serving = 20 g.

2 scoops
Mix 2 scoops (20 g) of powder with 50 ml of cold water using a spoon. For a thicker consistency, refrigerate at 0–5°C until set.
