How to use:
1 serving = 5 g. Take 1-4 servings daily.
Typically: in a loaded phase (1st week) – take 4 g per 15 kg of body weight per day; during the maintenance phase – take 1 g per 15 kg of body weight per day.
It is advisable to take 1 individual dose before workout and another dose – at the end of workout or 15 minutes after it.
You can mix creatine with water or with your sports drink, gainer or protein-shake.
