 How to Use:

30 g = 3x 300 ml

Mix 3 measuring spoons (30 g) with 300 ml of water, milk, or juice. Shake for 1 minute until fully dissolved. To fully enjoy the protein shake, vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency and taste. Recommended timing: • 1 serving on an empty stomach, upon waking • 1 serving before training • 1 serving after training
